With the support of the City of Boston Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement, the IYA Fellowship is a transformative leadership and capacity-building initiative for young African immigrants and refugees. It prepares participants for success in the workforce and higher education through mentorship, skills training, and community service. Fellows are equipped to become change agents, driving positive impact locally and globally while fostering resilience and a sense of purpose.
